Welcome to Hampi Heartland Heritage Resort. By making a reservation, using our website, or staying at our resort, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • The balance amount must be paid upon arrival.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 11:00 AM
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Guests must present a valid ID at check-in.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Guest Conduct & Resort Rules

  • Guests must respect other guests and resort staff.
  • Any damage to resort property will be charged to the guest.
  • The resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in disruptive or illegal activities.

Liability & Safety

  • The resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
  • Guests use the resort’s facilities at their own risk.
  • The resort is not liable for personal injuries, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • Children under 5 years stay complimentary without an extra bed.
  • Additional guests may be charged per night, based on availability.

Pets & Smoking Policy

  • Pets are not allowed at the resort.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside rooms.

Privacy Policy

By booking a stay, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Hampi Heartland Heritage Resort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
