At Hampi Heartland Heritage Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in time.
  • If eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your account within 7–10 business days.
  • No cancellations or modifications are allowed after check-in.

Payment Policy

The balance amount must be paid upon arrival at the resort.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to check-in on the scheduled date, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Booking Modifications

If a booking is modified or canceled, the original confirmation email and booking ID will become null and void.

Child Policy

Children below 5 years stay complimentary without an extra bed.
